# Abstract

The surge of artificial intelligence (AI) in blockchain technology is opening up transformative possibilities across industries. In the crypto space, AI applications are gaining traction in areas such as DeFi, predictive analytics, and personalized dApp experiences. For example, projects like Virtuals on Base have already shown how AI infra can lead to easy deployment of AI agents. Autonomous AI agents, which can interact with smart contracts, manage on-chain assets, and enable decentralized decision-making, are particularly promising.

# Motivation

AI and blockchain are converging to make creative solutions, from intelligent smart contracts to personalized dApps. As the first based rollup, Taiko can capitalize on this trend by positioning itself as a hub for AI innovation.

Hosting a hackathon will:
