Yes, just mentioned today in the Tea with Taiko discord call: Alpha-6 testnet is coming very soon!
Alpha-6 will be the last alpha before mainnet launches

yeah, sure will be a great project !
why I like crypto is because you rarely see a beta stage here, usually the alpha stage is immediately followed by production 
Alpha-3 & Alpha-4 testnets ended many months ago.
